Definitions “Grocred“ refers to our e-commerce platform and services.

“User“ refers to anyone who uses our platform or services.

“Content“ refers to all text, graphics, and other material on the platform.

“Plan“ refers to the subscription plans available on Grocred.

“Credit Bureau“ refers to TransUnion, the credit reference agency.

Eligibility

Eligibility To use Grocred, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid UK phone number.
• Provide accurate and complete information during sign-up and maintain the accuracy of such information.

Account Registration

• Account Registration Users must register for an account by providing their name, UK phone number, email, and password.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.
• Users agree to notify Grocred immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.

Subscription Plans and Renwewals

• Users must select and pay for a subscription plan to use Grocred’s credit-building services.
• The available plans are Basic (£69), Silver (£87), and Gold (£299).
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Renewal of subscription is annually

Payment and Billing

• Payment and Billing Payment for plans must be made via bank transfer or debit card.
• Users authorize Grocred to debit their account automatically based on their selected plan interval
• Users agree to maintain sufficient funds in their accounts for automatic debits.
• In case of failed payments, users agree to update their payment information promptly.

Order and Delivery 

• Order and Delivery Users can add items to their cart and confirm orders.
• Orders are confirmed via email and SMS.
• Deliveries are made within 48 hours of order confirmation unless otherwise specified.
• Users can view and edit orders within 2 hours of placement for free. Cancellations after 2 hours may incur a fee.

Returns and Refunds

• Grocred aims to provide the highest quality products to our customers. If you are not satisfied with the products you receive, you may return them for a full refund within 7 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, the products must be in the same condition as when you received them and in their original packaging.
• Grocred will not accept any returns for perishable goods, such as food items. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@Grocred.com

Refunds

• In the event of a return, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we have received the returned products.
• Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Chargebacks

Grocred reserves the right to dispute any chargeback claims made by a customer. If a customer initiates a chargeback, Grocred may take legal action to recover the funds and any additional expenses incurred in the process.

Price Changes

Grocred reserves the right to change prices of products at any time. Any changes to prices will be reflected on the platform and will not apply retroactively to orders that have already been placed.

Credit Score Building

Grocred reports users' purchases and payment activities to TransUnion to help build their credit scores. Users must make timely payments and manage their accounts responsibly to benefit from this feature.

User Conduct

• User Conduct Users agree to use Grocred for lawful purposes only.
• Users must not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.
• Users must not interfere with the operation of Grocred or its services.

Limitation of Liability

• Grocred is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform or services.
• Grocred’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the subscription plan.

Termination

• Grocred reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts for violation of these terms or any applicable law.
• Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting Grocred customer service.

Limitation of Liability

Limitation of Liability Grocred is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform or services. Grocred’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the subscription plan.

Changes to Terms

Grocred may modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
• Governing Law Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
